I cannot thank Simon enough I called him this morning to see if he could look at my elderly neighbour as there was a leak in her toilet, Simon came when he said he would and was able to detect the problem. He could see there was a crack in the very old cistern and straight away called his suppliers, he collected one and realised some part was missing, he returned to supplier and after a couple of problems regarding the parts, Simon finished the job I am so pleased I now know a very reliable plumber, I shall certainly be passing Simon’s contact details on when needed. My neighbour is very satisfied
